Crina Fleischmann

was born on 1976 at Satu Mare, Romania.
She began very early to develop her artistic aptitudes, already in the primary school at School of Fine Arts in Satu Mare and after, at Fine Arts High School in Baia Mare. She continued her education by studying fine arts at the Visual Arts University of Timisoara, Romania.

After graduation, for her own artistic expression, she focused in the first place on newly emerging artistic mediums and graphic-design for printing mediums.

In 2004 she settled in Heilbronn, Germany, where, artistically speaking, she returns to more traditional means of artistic expression like painting using oil, acrylic, ink, or watercolor as well as sculptural modeling using soft materials like clay.
Since 2006 member of Artist Association - Künstlerbund Heilbronn e.V.

Regarding her current stylistic orientation, Crina avoids the influence from any modern or postmodern artistic trend, pertaining herself more and more towards the values of classical schools, yet searching for new means of her own artistic personal expression.

I am the fence in the way of the moment
and I'm singing in colors
the joy,
to open windows.

I hear in the glances the wings of the memories,
their circles flying
and then, dissolving in colors,
to show you the ways and shades... and light.
